Based on the examples I have seen, and the 32 specimens illustrated in Dai (p400-407), the die axes are
quite regular on Rashidin coins.  The normal axes of the three types are as follows:

Dated Kucha coins - "Coin turn," ie, the reverse is rotated 180 degrees from the orientation of the            
             obverse.
Undated Kucha coins - "medal turn," ie, the obverse and reverse are aligned
Aqsu coins - "medal turn."

The word "Sayeed" is taken as the top of the obverse, and the word "dhurb" is taken as the top of the reverse.
